This is "Black Sheep Sampler", a cross stitch pattern designed by Elizabeth Foster, from Elizabeth's Designs, c. 2003.
It is in good used condition. There is some wear along the bottom edge and a red marker line in the lower right corner. The chart inside is unmarked.
Finished designed as shown worked on 36-count Flax Edinburgh Linen. Stitch count is 119 x 89, and finished size is approximately 6 1/2" x 5".
