This is an 8-page softcover booklet, My Very Vest-Dress, by Cindy Taylor Oates, c. 1996 by Taylor Made Designs. It has a full-size pattern for the vest-dress that is graded for sizes 6 through 22, and templates for cute designs to embellish the vests.
It is in Very Good used condition with some cover edgewear and clean, unmarked interior pages.
